There are flavours that taste like home, and our ragù is one of them. We prepare it using top-quality mixed minced meat, slowly browned in a mixture of fried onion, carrot and celery. We add wine to bring out the aromas and season with salt and pepper before adding the tomato purée.

The real secret? Patience. We leave it to simmer for at least three hours, until it reaches that thick consistency and deep flavour that only time can give.
