The Ferrarese Breadstick (Grissino Ferrarese) is a sensory experience born from the simplicity of selected ingredients and a perfect bake.

Our breadsticks are crafted following the historic recipe: type 0 soft wheat flour, a pinch of malt, and lard—the secret ingredient that gives them that golden, flaky crunch that makes them unmistakable.

Artisanal-crafted by local bakeries, they are the ideal companion for local cured meats (such as the legendary Salama da Tai) or to accompany traditional dishes from the Emilia region.
