Throw the gnocchi into plenty of salted water, wait patiently for them to rise and then cook for 2/3 minutes, prepare a mixed vegetable caponata on the side with celery, carrot, onion and then add your favourite vegetables cut into small pieces, season the gnocchi and enjoy!
