Our passatelli are kneaded by expert hands that add a pinch of nutmeg to fresh eggs, cheese and breadcrumbs to give the product a unique taste.
The passatello is steam-treated and lowered in temperature to maintain its taste.
The pasta must be eaten after cooking.
Recommended portion per adult 100g.
Our advice is to enjoy them in meat broth as per tradition, but there are many alternatives.

Cook the passatelli in plenty of meat broth for 2 minutes from when the broth comes to the boil, then gently scoop it out and sauté in a pan with a knob of butter, serve on a nice soup plate with black truffle shavings on top.
