This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions governing the purchase of products marketed through the Site www.iltortellinoferrarese.it.

8. Order Summary, Choice of Payment Method and Order Submission

13. Bank Transfer

13.1 The bank transfer must be made within 3 (three) current days from receipt of the confirmation e-mail of the forwarded order, in Euro currency only, using the bank details sent in the confirmation e-mail of the order closing.

14. Credit Card (PAY PAL)

- the order must be in the name of the credit card holder;
- the order must be in the name of the credit card holder;
- the goods may only be sent to the address of the credit card holder;

15. Delivery of Products:

15.1 Il Tortellino Ferrarese di Paola Forlani delivers products from the Site that can be purchased through the Site to all of the following countries: Italy.

15.2 All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. IL TORTELLINO FERRARESE DI FORLANI PAOLA is not responsible for delays that cannot be foreseen or attributed to it.

16 Indicative shipping times:

16.1 Fresh products are shipped in heat-sealed packages guaranteed for 72 hours.

16.2 The indicative delivery times of the products are 2 (two) working days from the day following the date of crediting to the current account of IL TORTELLINO FERRARESE DI FORLANI PAOLA of the amounts due by the user for the order, if received from Monday to Wednesday.

16.3 Orders credited from Thursday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

16.4 For the regions of Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the islands in the Italian territory, the terms of delivery of products are equal to 3 (three) working days from the day following the date of crediting to the account of IL TORTELLINO FERRARESE DI FORLANI PAOLA of the sums due by the user for the order, if received from Monday to Tuesday.

16.5 Orders credited from Wednesday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

17. Any disputes regarding the delivery:

18. Right of Withdrawal:

d) the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(e) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery;

18.2 However, customers who purchase with VAT number or who are not identifiable as consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

19. Exclusion of liability in case of force majeure

Under no circumstances may Il Tortellino Ferrara di Paola Forlani be held liable for non-performance of any of its obligations under these General Conditions of Sale in the event that the non-performance is caused by unforeseeable circumstances and/or force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, network malfunctions and/or blackouts.

20. Warranty in relation to non-conformity defects

20.1 Pursuant to articles 128 et seq. Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") and subsequent amendments, IL TORTELLINO FERRARESE DI FORLANI PAOLA is liable to the consumer (as identified above for the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal) in relation to any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

20.2 IL TORTELLINO FERRARESE DI FORLANI PAOLA, within the limits of availability as governed above, guarantees that products equal to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered.

24. Applicable law and competent court
